A Korean man set fire to a residential building in Seoul with a flamethrower. Three people died and several were injured.
Local media reported this. Police are looking for a 60-year-old man who used a “flamethrower” (possibly a pesticide sprayer) at a residential high-rise building and started a fire. About 150 people and 40 pieces of equipment extinguished the fire.
Three residents fell from a window and died from injuries, another nine suffered smoke inhalation.
UPD. The arsonist was found dead on the fourth floor of the same building. He left notes saying, “I'm sorry, Mom,” and a message to his daughter, “Take care of Grandma,” and another 50,000 won in cash for hospital bills along with his will.
