The McDonald's investment on the Polish Baltic Sea is impressive on the Germans


Joanna Agatowska President Świnoujście in a post on social media wrote about plans to build a new premises of the McDonald's network. The planned investment on the Polish Baltic Sea has already been noticed by the German mediawhich see in this a manifestation of the growth of the city's attractiveness on the island of Wolin.

“McDonald's will open a second restaurant in Świnoujście. This time in Warsaw near the BP station. The new premises will be unique in one respect, it will become the largest institution of this network in Poland” – announced the President of Świnoujście in a Facebook post.
As Radio ZET reminds, the first premises of the American McDonald's network was opened in Świnoujście in December 2013. The new restaurant, however, is to be unique: The building itself is to have three floors, and the entire property is a total area of over 850 square meters.
The investment in Poland is impressive for Germany. “The largest in the country”
As the President of Świnoujście revealed, at the beginning of April it hosted representatives of the fast food network, and the meeting talked about the potential cooperation of the company with the city.
“There are some really interesting initiatives ahead of us. I want the new restaurant in Warsaw, especially its internal and external space, to be friendly to residents in many ways” – wrote Joanna Agatowska. She also added that the opening of the premises is already planned in the 4th Kartala 2025.

The future investment in Świnoujście was noticed by German media. As Radio ZET points out, the daily “Ostsee Zeitung” simply suggests that the newly opened tunnel under the pig attracts business to the Baltic Sea.
The German press believes that the new restaurant is a “symbol of the positive influence” of the new tunnel on the local economy. The journal, whose opinion is cited by Radio ZET, states that A number of investors noticed the benefits of road implementation and “expands its activity to the island of Wolin”.
