Street racers and drifters started a huge dance around a traffic police vehicle in Ulan-Ude. The employees came to disperse the unrealistic racers, but were surrounded. Literally.
To slow down the crowd, we had to call reinforcements to the Pioneer shopping center. Four reckless round dancers received administrative duties.
