“21 of the 30 critical materials required by Europe can be provided by Ukraine as part of partnership. Additional offer value – We will not require a mutually beneficial agreement”.
Later, the EC Renier spokesman stated that no mineral agreement was offered to Ukraine. Since 2021 between Ukraine and the EU already operates a partnership that provides the supply of critical raw materials to Europe.
