Kyren Lake's father: “Don't ignore the signs, even if they may look small”
Young parents, start talking to your children from an early age and make sure they trust and are comfortable to be revealed. Do not thank you “I'm fine, I'm fine” when in your depths you know something is wrong. Mental health is real and, in most cases, it is invisible. Do not ignore the signs, even if they may seem small.
Our lives have changed forever and that will never be ok, but God needed my child more than needed here. This must be the largest pill that our family had to swallow, but I know that love and compassion in our families will help us overcome. It will never become easier, but we will learn to live with it.Check the mental status of your children!
