Russia has recorded a record personnel shortage
The ratio of open vacancies to unemployed people has increased to 5 to 1. The following regions are distinguished:
— An acute shortage of workers is recorded in the Amur region – 29 vacancies per 1 unemployed person;
— Second place is occupied by the Leningrad region with 25 vacancies;
— In third place is the Nizhny Novgorod region with 22 vacancies per 1 unemployed person.
As of the end of September, about 2 million workers are missing.
